We are searching for an individual who can analyze the existing design of functionality as it relates to our existing Software as a Service software application as well as potential new business opportunities should they arise. This individual will work to understand the business requirements of existing customers as well as potential customers in the healthcare software market. This position will also be able to elicit requirements from technical, customer service and sales teams and then translate those needs into software requirements. They will manage and provide solutions to business ideas, industry trends and concepts appropriately through our technology path.
Bonus Experience and Skills:
Facilitate and lead sessions with business/product owners, subject matter experts, and technical representatives to elicit and document requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis.
Drive and challenge business areas on their assumptions and the successful execution of their plans. Think strategically and perform stakeholder management.
Perform cost/benefit analysis (CBA) and return on investment (ROI) analysis to justify requests for changes from business areas.
Partner with business units to utilize best practices when evaluating workflows and procedures, and making recommendations for improved efficiency, quality and quantity of service, and work output.
Maintain knowledge of system scope and project objectives, as well as role and function of project team members. Act as a sub-team leader on project teams, or project manager if circumstances require. Be familiar with project management best practices such as risk, scope and change management.
