We provide direct placement, contract-to-hire placement, and contract placement for a specific project or defined time period. All fees are paid by our client companies, not our candidates.
To locate our candidates we use personal referrals, professional business organizations, college and technical schools, internet resources, and direct recruiting. Networking in this area over a period of years has given us access to many knowledgeable individuals. Our candidates are people we’ve taken the time to get to know. This lets us represent them well to companies where they’d have the highest chance for success.

After more than a dozen years working as a recruiter in larger firms, Beth DeWilde wanted a more personal work experience, placing people first. In the fall of 1996 Paragon Recruiting began operations. By 1998 her company had out grown its original office in the historic Holland Firehouse and moved to its current space in Centennial Park Place.
In 2015, Jen Bradshaw teamed up with Beth to join in those recruiting efforts and maybe one day become Beth’s successor. In December of 2020 that idea became a reality and Jen is now the owner of Paragon Recruiting. After 24 years of recruiting quality technical talent in West Michigan, Beth decided it was time to retire and have some fun! Jen is excited to uphold the reputation that Beth worked so hard to establish and is committed to sourcing the best talent in the area.
