Success in this position will come from a focus on delivering excellence while identifying and presenting new opportunities to add increased value. This position will also be responsible for networking and cultivating opportunities with future potential customers.

  • Project Management – Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects. Prepare reports for key stakeholders, project participants and management regarding status of projects. Ensure deliverable falls within the applicable scope and budget. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with their specific goals and the overall objectives of the business.
  • Account Leadership & Relationships Management – Provide customers with frequent written and in-person updates. Develop and implement customer retention processes. Learn and recognize customer behaviors that would indicate a change in the relationship and engage with customers to develop strategies and opportunities to correct. Ensure consistent and comprehensive documentation on all customer interactions and account changes and developments. Provide management with ongoing account updates and monthly reviews including strategies and opportunities to add increased value and services to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Meet with customers and internal teams to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track and report on progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Provide frequent project updates to key stakeholders and management
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  • Participate in and improve upon in-house brand promotions and communications
  • Attend networking and community events and volunteer opportunities to build relationships with future potential customers.
  • Communicate and link potential new sales opportunities with relevant teams.
  • Engage with Key accounts a minimum of once weekly via live contact and follow up with all key account communications within 1 business day.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met and all commitments have been fully delivered as promised.
  • Provide customers with frequent written and in-person updates on their customer journey.
  • Develop and implement customer retention processes and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in project and key account management
  • Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
  • Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills
  • Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
