Support business strategies and direction through supporting and enhancing IT systems. Supports associate equipment & software needs and provides training as needed.
System Administration: Active Directory Domain, Exchange e-mail server, Business System (ERP), VMware, SAN/NAS, LAN/WAN, business software and servers, other servers.
End User Support: Business software, PCs, domain, peripherals, network, wireless networks, WAN, telecommunication systems, mobile communications, warehouse RF/wireless systems, other IT systems.
Technical Experience: Experience with Windows Server, Windows XP and Windows 7. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS and DHCP. Experience in EDI, eCommerce, Windows Server, and Microsoft applications. Experience with remote Desktop Services (Terminal Services) and with Microsoft Exchange .Experience with VMware, Visual Basic, & SAN/NAS.
